Section Env-A 104.39 - Process weight rate"Process weight rate" means the smallest value obtained by computing either of the following:
(a) For a continuous or long-run, steady-state source operation, the total process weight for the entire period of continuous operation or for a typical portion thereof, divided by the number of hours of such period or part thereof; or(b) For a cyclical or batch source operation, the total process weight for a period that covers a complete operation or any integral number of cycles, divided by the hours of actual process operation during such a period.N.H.
