Section Env-A 104.21 - Occupational exposure limit (OEL) "Occupational exposure limit (OEL)" means the time-weighted average concentration of an airborne substance to which most workers can be exposed during a conventional workday and workweek, throughout a working lifetime, with no anticipated adverse health impact.
