Section Env-A 101.01 - Purpose(a) The purpose of the rules in subtitle Env-A is to implement a comprehensive program to identify and control sources of air pollution so as to: (1) Implement RSA 125-C to effectuate its purpose, as stated in RSA 125-C:1, namely to: a. Promote the public health, welfare, and safety;b. Prevent injury or detriment to human, plant, and animal life, physical property and other resources;c. Foster the comfort and convenience of the people;d. Promote the economic and social development of this state; ande. Facilitate the enjoyment of the natural attractions of the state; and(2) Implement RSA 125-D, RSA 125-I, RSA 125-J, RSA 125-M, RSA 125-N, RSA 125-O, RSA 125-R, and RSA 141-E.(b) The purpose of this chapter is to establish definitions that apply across all subsequent chapters in subtitle Env-A.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-A 101.01
