Section En 704.02 - Cross-Connections(a) No physical connection shall be permitted, except as provided in (b) below, including but not limited to connections of the following types:(1) Between one sewer system and another;(2) Between a sewer system and a stream; or(3) Between a sewer system and a public or private water supply.(b) This section shall not prohibit a sewer utility which has received all federal, state, and municipal approval in connection therewith, from:(1) Discharging treated effluent from a sewage treatment facility in accordance with such approvals; or(2) Transmitting sewage from one sewer system to another, in accordance with such approvals, for treatment.N.H.
