Section En 512.07 - Informal Conferences(a) After receiving the request for the informal conference, the department staff shall: (1) Arrange a date, time, and location for the informal conference; and(2) Notify the respondent by certified mail of the date, time, and location of said informal conference.(b) At the informal conference, the department staff shall review the basis for the violation(s). The LPG operator or landfill gas operator may explain its position and may present alternatives for solution of the problem.(c) If the LPG operator or landfill gas operator and the department staff cannot by agreement resolve the violation at this stage, the enforcement procedure shall continue as described in En 512.08.N.H. Admin. Code § En 512.07
