Section En 507.06 - Reports to Department(a) The utility shall furnish to the department the results of any required tests and summaries of any required records pursuant to RSA 374:15.(b) The utility shall also furnish the department with any information concerning the utility's facilities or operations relating to determining rates or judging the practices of the utility pursuant to RSA 378:1.(c) Each utility shall file periodic reports as provided in En 509.N.H. Admin. Code § En 507.06
