Section Emp 404.11 - WorkInvestNH Grant Application Confidentiality

All information submitted in connection with a grant application that is accepted shall be subject to disclosure except that business financial information and proprietary information such as trade secrets, business and financial models, and forecasts and proprietary formulas may be exempt from public disclosure to the extent authorized by RSA 91-A:5, IV. Any grant applicant seeking to maintain the confidentiality of information shall mark information "confidential" and be responsible for seeking its protection.
