Section Emp 207.17 - Role of Department Staff in Enforcement or Disciplinary Hearings

Department staff shall have the same role in any enforcement or disciplinary hearing as in any other proceeding, including, as necessary, investigator, witness, claimant representative, department representative, presiding officer, non-presiding officer and clerk.
