Section Emp 207.14 - Notice of Hearing(a) A notice of a hearing issued by the department shall contain the following: (1) A statement of the time, place and nature of any hearing;(2) A statement of the legal authority under which a hearing is to be held;(3) A reference to the appellant's statement of appeal and its date of filing;(4) In benefit appeals, an excerpt from the appellant's written appeal which indicates the appellant's disagreement with the determination appealed; and(5) A statement that each party has the right to have an attorney represent them at their own expense and that free or low cost assistance may be available.N.H.
