Section Emp 207.09 - Delivery of Documents(a) All notices, orders, decisions or other documents issued by the presiding officer or the department shall be delivered to all parties to the proceeding.(b) Delivery of all documents relating to a proceeding shall be made by personal delivery, by e-mail notice pursuant to Emp 405.01, e-mail notice pursuant to Emp 405.03, or by depositing a copy of the document, by first class mail, postage prepaid, in the United States mail, addressed to the last address given to the department by the party.(c) When a party appears by a representative, delivery of a document to the party's representative at the address stated on the appearance filed by the representative or by e-mail notice pursuant to Emp 405.05, shall constitute delivery to the party.N.H.
