Section Emp 102.05 - Unemployment Compensation Bureau(a) The unemployment compensation bureau is responsible for:(1) Paying benefits to eligible claimants temporarily unemployed or underemployed through no fault of their own; and(2) Collecting taxes from employers to fund the benefit payments.(b) The advisory council on unemployment compensation is a component of the unemployment compensation bureau and is responsible for: (1) Aiding the commissioner in formulating policies and discussing problems related to the administration of RSA 282-A; and(2) Assuring impartiality and freedom from political influence in the solution of such problems.N.H.
