Section Emab 202.18 - Ex Parte Communication(a) For purposes of this section, "ex parte communication" shall mean any communication prohibited by RSA 541-A:36.(b) Parties shall be prohibited from all forms of ex parte communication with members of the board while an appeal is pending, including, but not limited to, written, telephonic, voice-mail, facsimile, e-mail, and face-to-face communications.N.H.
