Section Emab 202.10 - Requests for Reconsideration of Decision; Procedures for Filing Request; Form(a) Any party may submit a written request for reconsideration or a motion for a new hearing within 20 calendar days after the date of mailing of any decision by the board.(b) A request for reconsideration or a motion for a new hearing shall:(1) Identify each alleged error of fact, error of reasoning, or error of law which the moving party seeks to have reconsidered;(2) Describe how each error causes the board's decision to be unlawful, unjust or unreasonable, or illegal in respect to jurisdiction, authority or observance of the law, an abuse of discretion or arbitrary, unreasonable or capricious;(3) Concisely state the reasoning or legal conclusion proposed by the moving party; and(4) Include any argument or memorandum of law the moving party wishes to file.N.H.
