Section Elec 404.01 - Change of Corporate Name or Status(a) Within 30 days of dissolution, the master electrician or the president, director, or partner of the corporation or partnership, shall furnish the OPLC with a copy of the dissolution forms filed with the NH secretary of state's office.(b) Within 30 days of a change in the name of the corporation or partnership, the master electrician or the president, director, or partner of the corporation or partnership shall furnish the OPLC with a copy of the change of name form filed with the NH secretary of state's office.N.H.
