Section Elec 403.02 - Continuing Education for Apprentices(a) Any apprentice with a current NH apprentice identification card who has completed the requirements set forth in Elec 304.01(a)(2) but has not achieved a journeyman electrician license before the fifth renewal of the apprentice identification card shall successfully complete 30 hours of classroom instruction as set forth in Elec 403.02(b) each year before the identification card shall be renewed. The time of registration as an apprentice under Elec 304.01(d)(1), Elec 304.01(d)(2), and Elec 304.02(c) shall not count towards the 5 renewals.(b) Education providers shall furnish the board, annually, with a course outline and instructor(s) qualifications, for supplemental education, which include: (1) Areas of deficiency identified by the board from the average of the most recent journeyman examination results;(2) Instructor's names and resumes;(3) Number of days and number of hours per day over which courses will be given;(4) The location(s) of the courses; and(5) The installation concerns for electrical installations, as determined by the board.(c) The board shall approve courses and education providers that meet the requirements of this section.N.H.
