Section Elec 401.04 - Denial of Renewal(a) Renewal shall be denied if, after notice and an opportunity for hearing, there is a finding of: (1) Noncompliance with the continuing education requirements of Elec 403;(2) Any act for which discipline shall be imposed under Elec 405;(3) Reasons for which an initial application would have been denied; or(4) Failure to furnish complete or accurate information on a renewal application.N.H.
