Section Elec 303.07 - Approval of Third Part Electrical Inspectors(a) A third party electrical inspector applicant shall be approved when the applicant: (1) Submits a completed application pursuant to Elec 302.04(i); and(2) Meets the qualification requirements of Elec 304.05;(b) An applicant who has been denied approval under this section shall be provided an opportunity for an administrative hearing before the board in accordance with the requirements of Elec 207.N.H. Admin. Code § Elec 303.07
