Section Ed 904.03 - Reporting(a) On or before September 15 of each year, each program participant that receives funding under Ed 906 shall provide a report to the department that tracks their compliance with program goals and that reports performance outcomes by explaining their success in providing the services listed in Ed 903.02 for the school year just completed.(b) The department shall determine whether the program participant complied with program goals and successfully provided services, and shall report the results to the council no later than October 1 of each year.N.H.
