Section Ed 807.01 - Legislative Oversight Committee EstablishedIn addition to the requirements under RSA 194-F:12, the following shall apply to the establishment, administration, and responsibilities of the education freedom savings account oversight committee:
(a) The commissioner and the director of the scholarship organization or designee shall attend committee meetings and provide requested information; and(b) Pursuant to RSA 194-F:12, the first-named senate member may convene the committee.N.H. Admin. Code § Ed 807.01
