Section Ed 315.07 - Records(a) In accordance with RSA 193-A:6, the parent shall keep a portfolio each year the child is being home educated.(b) The portfolio shall be the property of the parent. Access to the portfolio shall be at the parent's discretion, except as provided in RSA 193-A:6.N.H. Admin. Code § Ed 315.07
