Section Ed 306.03 - Statutory and Policy Requirements(a) The local school board shall be responsible for obtaining an up to date copy of state education laws, one copy of which shall be distributed free of charge to each school administrative unit by the department, and maintaining an up to date copy of the rules of the board in the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules.(b) In order for a school to be an approved school under these rules, the school board shall comply with all applicable laws and rules set forth in the publications enumerated in (a) above.N.H.
