Section Ed 1120.02 - Rights and Responsibilities(a) The parent shall have the right to appeal any decision of the LEA regarding the referral, evaluation, determination of eligibility, IEP, provision of FAPE, or placement of a child with a disability using the procedures delineated in Ed 1123.(b) The parent shall have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Ed 1121.01(a) to report actions taken by an LEA which are contrary to the provisions of state and federal requirements regarding the education of children with disabilities.(c) Each LEA shall develop written procedures to ensure the effective implementation of the procedural safeguards described in this section. These written procedures shall be included in the LEA request for federal special education funds under Ed 1126.01.N.H. Admin. Code § Ed 1120.02
