Section Ed 1119.05 - Prior Consent for Disclosure Required(a) Consent for disclosure of personally identifiable information shall be made in accordance with 34 CFR 300.622.(b) If a parent of a child with a disability or the eligible child refuses to provide consent to release personally identifiable information, the LEA shall initiate a court proceeding to obtain a court order if it still wishes to disclose the information.N.H.
