Section Ed 1117.07 - Transfer of Student Records(a) Whenever a court makes or changes a child's court ordered residential placement that results in a change in the educational placement, the liable school district shall immediately provide a copy of all necessary educational records of the child including, but not limited to, the child's current IEP and evaluations.N.H.
