"Peer-reviewed professional publication" means a book, magazine, journal or other publication, the primary purpose of which is to report original research or review articles in the field of Dietetics and which includes citations to sources, the name of the author, a statement that the publication has been reviewed by an editorial board prior to publication, the names of the individuals on the editorial board and the name of the professional society or organization issuing the publication.
