Section Diet 103.02 - [Effective 2/11/2025] Responsibilities of the Board The board's responsibilities include:
(a) Adopting rules relative to: (1) Disciplinary conduct in accordance with RSA 326-H:16;(2) Qualifications of applicants;(3) Continuing education of licensees and the criteria for the approval of continuing education programs;(4) Ethical and professional standards for the practice of licensees; and(5) Any other matters necessary for the proper administration of RSA 326-H; and(b) The adjudication of proceedings in compliance with Plc 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Diet 103.02
