Section Dec 206.02 - Disposition of Petition for Rulemaking(a) The committee shall consider all petitions for rulemaking and proceed pursuant to RSA 541-A-4.(b) The committee shall grant the petition if the petition is consistent with statute and case law and will assist the committee with its statutory duties.
