Section Dec 204.07 - Settlement and Stipulation of Facts(a) As provided in RSA 541-A:31,V (a), unless precluded by law, informal disposition may be made of any contested case by stipulation, agreed settlement, consent order or default.(b) The parties to any adjudicative proceeding before the committee may, by stipulation in writing filed with the committee or entered in the record at the hearing, agree upon the facts or any portion thereof involved in the hearing.(c) The committee shall consider the stipulation as evidence in the decision of the matter.N.H.
