Section Dec 103.02 - Committee Members(a) The committee consists of 8 members as follows:(1) A resident of the town or city where the nuclear facility is located and appointed by the town or the mayor and council of the city;(2) The chairman of the public utilities commission;(3) One senator to be appointed by the senate president;(4) One member of the house of representatives to be appointed by the speaker of the house;(5) The state treasurer or designee;(6) The commissioner of the department of health and human services or designee;(7) The commissioner of the department of safety or designee; and(8) The director of the governor's office of energy and planning or designee.(b) The committee shall select a chairman to serve for a 3-year term.N.H.
