Section Cub 303.10 - Equipment

Land supporting tree sap collection devices inclusive of its housing, the non-permanent staging area, and the associated power source, or other non-permanent devices, which are used exclusively for farming or forestry purposes shall be eligible for current use assessment under the category in which the land would normally qualify.
