Section Cub 207.02 - Scope

This part shall apply to:

(a) Public forums required pursuant to RSA 79-A:4, III, at which interested persons may testify and submit information or written testimony; and

(b) Subcommittee meetings at which interested persons may testify and submit information or written testimony.
