Section Cub 202.02 - Petition for Adoption, Amendment or Repeal of Rules(a) A person may request the board to commence a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending or repealing a rule by filing a written petition containing: (1) A statement of the petitioner's request for the proposed rules;(2) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the results intended by the petitioner's interest in the subject matter of the proposed rule;(3) The identification of the specific rule sought to be amended or repealed, if applicable;(4) A statement whether, in regard to the petitioner, the issue which is the subject of the petition is pending in litigation;(5) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding; and(b) The petition shall be filed with: Current Use Board
