Section Cub 103.08 - Transcripts(a) All board meetings shall be recorded.(b) The recording shall be kept available for inspection.(c) Persons requesting the transcript shall bear the cost of transcription.(d) A copy of the recording may be requested in lieu of a written transcript.(e) Persons requesting a copy of the recording shall bear the cost of duplication.(f) Recordings of proceedings shall be preserved for a period no less than 6 months from the conclusion of the board meeting date.N.H.
