Section Cub 102.02 - Forms and Criteria - Availability(a) All current use forms shall be available from the department of revenue administration and the local assessing officials.(b) The criteria for current use, as specified in Cub 300, shall be updated and published annually in the form of a current use booklet.(c) A copy of the annual current use booklet may be obtained: (1) From the state library, reference and information services, 20 Park Street, Concord, NH, at their usual cost; or(2) On the department's home page at www.nh.gov/ revenue, when possible.N.H.
