N.H. Admin. Code § Csp 701.04

Section Csp 701.04 - Institutional Eligibility

An eligible institution under this program shall:

(a) Be approved, chartered or licensed by the state to provide an education degree program at a minimum at the undergraduate level;
(b) Have its main campus within the boundaries of the state of New Hampshire;
(c) Be a public or private not-for-profit institution;
(d) Be accredited by NEASC;
(e) Meet all the rules of eligibility as regards an institution of higher education under federal regulations under 34 CFR 600;
(f) Submit annually by June 1, a letter to the commission certifying that the institution remains in compliance with the eligibility requirements of Csp 701.04(a)-(e) and current documentation included in Csp 701.03(d)(1)-(4);
(g) Make available to the commission annually, by November 1st, the number of full-time and part-time New Hampshire residents who are enrolled in the institution; and
(h) Report on the status of the UEAP as provided in Csp 701.05(e).
