Section Csp 601.03 - Institutional Application(a) To participate in the New Hampshire UAAP, each eligible institutional applicant shall complete an allocation agreement as prescribed by the commission.(b) The institutional applicant shall supply the following information on the allocation agreement: (1) The name and address of the institution; and(2) The name and title of institution's authorized official.(c) The institution's authorized official shall sign and date the allocation agreement.(d) The institution shall also submit: (1) A current certificate of good standing issued by the New Hampshire secretary of state; and(2) A certificate of authority stating who is authorized to sign on behalf of the institution.N.H.
