Section Csp 303.06 - Distributions from Accounts(a) Contributions to accounts by any participant shall be voluntary. The participant may terminate an account at any time in accordance with the provisions of the trust documents, and subject to the rules in this chapter. (b) Participant shall submit a notice of distribution before the trustee makes a distribution from any account. Such notice of distribution shall indicate the name and address of the designated beneficiary, the amount of the proposed distribution, and the nature of the purpose for the distribution. A notice of distribution may propose a distribution of some or all of the funds held in the account.N.H. Admin. Code § Csp 303.06
