Section Csp 303.03 - Disclosure DocumentThe trustee shall take necessary action to ensure that all persons who receive a participation agreement and account applications receive a disclosure document setting forth all material aspects of participation in the plan, including:
(a) The operating procedures of the trust; (b) The investment strategy of the various investment portfolios of the trust; (c) The identity and qualifications of any private vendor that provides services to the trust; and (d) The assessments and expenses associated with an account with the trust.N.H.
