Section Csp 301.01 - Plan Description and Purpose

The trust was established on January 15, 1998, pursuant to RSA 195-H. The purpose of the trust is to provide a program of savings for future college costs to help make higher education affordable and accessible to all citizens of New Hampshire and citizens of other states who participate in the program. The administrative rules set forth in Csp 300 provide for the establishment, operation and administration of the trust and the plan.
