Section Csp 102.04 - OfficersThe commission shall appoint from its membership the following officers:
(a) One person who shall be a member of the commission to serve as chairperson. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the commission. The chairperson shall serve until he or she is no longer a member of the commission or until his or her successor is appointed;(b) One person who shall be a member of the commission to serve as vice chairperson. The vice chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence or incapacitation of the chairperson. The vice chairperson shall serve until he or she is no longer a member of the commission or until his or her successor is appointed; and(c) The treasurer shall serve as secretary. The secretary or the secretary's designee shall keep the minutes of the proceedings of the commission, ensure that all notices are duly given, be custodian of the minutes of the commission and make such minutes accessible to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A:4, and perform all duties incident to the office of secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the commission.N.H.
