Section Crv 103.03 - The Commission as the Local River Management Advisory Committee for the Connecticut River(a) Pursuant to RSA 483:8-a, IV the commission has been appointed by the commissioner of environnmental services to be the local river management advisory committee for the Connecticut River.(b) As the local river management advisory committee it works with the Vermont Connecticut River watershed advisory commission established by the Vermont legislature in 1988.(c) To carry out its work as the local river management advisory committee and pursuant to RSA 483:8-a, IV, the commission has established the following 5 subcommittees:(1) Headwaters local river subcommittee;(2) Riverbend local river subcommittee;(3) Upper valley local river subcommittee;(4) Mt. Ascutney local river subcommittee; and(5) Wantastiquet local river subcommittee.(d) Each of the subcommittees meets at least 4 times each year.N.H. Admin. Code § Crv 103.03
