Section Cor 214.05 - Public Participation(a) Any person who wishes to speak on the issues that are the subject of the hearing shall list both name and address on a speakers' list. All whose names appear on the list may speak at the hearing.(b) Written comments may be submitted any time from the time notice has been published until the record has been close by the moderator, which shall be consistent with the notice published in the rulemaking register.N.H.
