Section Cor 214.03 - Notice(a) A public comment proceeding concerning rulemaking shall be commenced by publishing notice of the hearing in the "Rulemaking Register" so that it shall appear at least 20 days prior to the hearing date.(b) Notice of rulemaking comment hearings shall comply with RSA 541-A:6.N.H. Admin. Code § Cor 214.03
