Section Cla 211.02 - Transcripts(a) If any person requests a transcript of the recording of a hearing, the board shall: (1) Notify the claimant of the cost of the transcript;(2) Upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, cause a transcript to be prepared; and(3) Upon completion of the transcript either forward the transcript to the claimant or provide notice of where it can be picked up.(b) Any party may record the hearing and have a transcript made at the party's expense, but only the transcript made by the board shall be the official transcript of the proceeding.N.H.
