Section Cla 208.01 - Issuance of Subpoenas(a) When necessary for full and fair adjudication of the issues, the board shall issue subpoenas, including subpoenas duces tecum, requiring the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and documents.(b) Parties to an adjudicative proceeding wishing to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of books, papers or documents shall:(1) Issue their own subpoenas; or(2) Request by motion the issuance of subpoenas by the board.N.H.
