Section Cla 204.05 - Pre-Hearing Conference and Pre-Hearing Statement(a) The chair shall require the parties, or their authorized representatives, to appear at a pre-hearing conference held before the hearing if such a conference would aid in:(1) Facilitating settlement;(2) Simplifying or resolving issues, including making stipulations as to undisputed facts, if any;(3) Determining the nature and quantity of the evidence to be presented at hearing;(4) Determining compliance with discovery requests;(5) Determining compliance with any previous orders issued by the chair or the board;(6) Resolving dispositive motions; or(7) Otherwise advancing the efficiency of the proceedings.(b) The chair shall require submission of a written pre-hearing statement when:(1) The claimant is represented by an attorney; and(2) Such a statement would assist in clarifying the disputed and undisputed issues.N.H.
