Section Cla 204.01 - Commencement of Adjudicative Proceedings(a) Adjudicative proceedings shall be commenced by giving the parties and the attorney general the written notice described in (b) below at least 10 days before the hearing.(b) The notice shall contain:(1) The names and addresses of the parties;(2) A statement of the time, place and nature of the hearing;(3) A statement of the time and place of the pre-hearing conference, if any has been scheduled;(4) A statement of the legal authority under which the hearing is to be held;(5) A reference to the particular sections of the statutes and rules which are relevant;(6) A short and plain statement of the issues; and(7) A statement that each party has the right to have representation by an attorney at the party's own expense.N.H.
