Section Cla 202.02 - Waiver of Rules(a) The board shall respond to the motion of a party or intervenor, or request of the chair, for suspension or waiver of a requirement or limitation imposed by Cla 200.(b) The board shall, by majority vote, waive any requirement or limitation imposed by these rules when the suspension or waiver:(1) Appears to be lawful; and(2) Is more likely to promote the fair and accurate resolution of the matter than would adherence to the particular requirement or limitation.N.H.
