Section Ch 408.01 - Placement on the Inactive List(a) Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 316-A:21 the board shall maintain an inactive list and place on the list a licensed chiropractor who:(1) Does not intend to engage in practice as a chiropractor in New Hampshire; and(2) Makes a written request to the board to be placed on the list.(b) An individual on the inactive list shall not be required to renew his or her license or pay a renewal fee as long he or she remains inactive by not practicing chiropractic.N.H.
