Section Ch 406.08 - Obligation to Report Certain Complaints to the BoardA licensee shall report to the board a complaint made against the licensee in any court or in any professional or business organization of which the licensee is a member:
(a) As soon as the licensee becomes aware of the complaint; and(b) In answering the question in Ch 402.05(p), on the licensee's license-renewal application form.N.H. Admin. Code § Ch 406.08
